An argument with a Russian furry YouTuber

We argued for a long time in the chat with that popular Russian furry YouTuber. It all comes down to his position of "I'm against the war, my conscience is clean." To all accusations and demands he believes he has the right to respond with aggression. At least he isn't the first to push a position, he only responds to attacks.

I'm naive and I think that if such Russians watch Ukrainians, their conscience might wake up, some sense of guilt might appear. If they actively push the position about Russians' lack of responsibility, then ban those already. There are isolated Russians with a sense of guilt from the start.

This one left the chat, I hope maybe he'll stop snapping back in the form that he isn't guilty. I agree that you shouldn't waste time on people like that, but then you shouldn't have gone after such people from the start in the first place. Though some of his fans were disappointed when they saw the absence of conscience. Wasn't for nothing we got into it)

This turns out to be really the main criterion of the russkies — the absence of any sense of responsibility or guilt for the authorities' actions. And here no arguments, nothing, will change anything, they simply don't feel any connection to what the authorities do. And this was beaten in from childhood, that everyone around is guilty, but not me.

Ukrainians have a sense of guilt that they're alive, that they didn't do enough to prepare for the war. But the russkies have no sense of guilt anywhere close, even if they're against the war from the start and even against a victorious war, but for them the tsar is separate and feeling guilt for him is wildness.

And right now I have guilt that I didn't prevent but rather drove the spoiling of the atmosphere in the chat. But it's a popular furry YouTuber that many Ukrainians watch. I see some Ukrainians stayed on his side, they don't blame all Russians, and some might understand something and change.

The influence was on a handful in the chat, that's a pittance, but if you stay silent, then it'll be just like the russkies, where they do nothing because it won't change anything. That's how their youth thinks, the ones consuming Western culture, where the message is that one person can change everything.
