Neurodivergence, conferences and work (EF panel)
Also, there was a good reminder that neurotypical people forget social interactions quickly and don't remember them for months.
There are no background filters in the brain of neurodivergent people to filter out things, as happens in the neurotypical 95% of the population. Furthermore, different filters are missing in different neurodivergent people.
You need to change your routine depending on your state. Investigate what charges and drains different parts.

I think they might be helpful for someone to start.
I found interesting input about drawing an imaginary triangle that crosses an eye on someone's face when you talk with them so you would look like a neurotypical person.
Now I see why standard teaching books and work methods don’t work for neurodivergent people.
I constantly see that you must maintain a strict daily schedule, but for me, it works only for a short period of time when everything is good, and then it all falls apart when my state changes.
It is bad that most companies demand visibility of your constant everyday work rather than the job being done.
Recently, I talked with the top management about getting a raise. They said that they like that I present at work 12 hours a day, but they dislike that I track less than 8 hours of daily work time and sometimes don’t answer for a couple of hours and don’t do work on the same day when it was asked. They need me to work 8 hours daily at the same time and always be present at that time. I wonder if some companies understand that someone can’t work in such a way.
When I try to work 8 hours without a break, I’m burnt out and frozen, unable to do anything. Also, I become annoyed and anxious when I see that top management purposely checks that I work when they ask simple questions or ask me to do things everyone else can do.
I see now that the top management demotivates neurodivergent people and makes conditions unpleasant for them, motivating them to look for a new job. They can’t fire them since neurodivergent people get jobs done and can do things that neurotypical people can’t.
But if all companies are like that, is there a sense of changing jobs? It’s better to hack myself.
My conscience does not allow me to track work time when I am not working. I prefer to get a job done, but it makes me look bad when I track less than 8 hours.
A more complex problem remains with answering right away and doing simple tasks without the energy to concentrate.
