From September 21 to October 17, visitors to London will be able to see the first exhibition dedicated to the musical "The Lion King". The display will be located at the National Geographic Store on Regent Street.
Visitors will see the entire creative process of preparing the musical from the inside, including sketches, original models, and photographs. Costumes, masks, and video interviews with the creators of the famous show will also be presented at the display completely free of charge.
The musical, which is currently running at a West End theatre in London, has already been seen by 8 million people in the capital and around 52 million worldwide.
During his recent visit to London, where filming of Tim Burton's new movie "Frankenweenie" is about to start, producer Don Hahn confirmed the report that Disney will subject the cartoon "The Lion King" to 3D conversion.

Interesting news, and right on the eve of the film's sixteenth anniversary. I'm starting to think about a 3D TV and a region-free BD player, though if it comes out everywhere at once or without protection, I could get by with a PS3.
